The hotel of choice in Venice. Lots of food at continental breakfast including coffee, croissants, toast, pastries and fruit to order. Great service throughout the property. The easy check-in process too. Excellent location, steps away from Saint Mark's Square. Based just next door to cafes, markets, shops and the grand canal and great restaurants and shopping and all the major sites in Venice by foot

Good small and modern hotel, I loved satisfactory breakfast!
The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a charming area, just next door to the right Water Taxi and the restaurants by the canal catering to tourists and the square. The rooms were spotless and the staff were super-friendly. It included terrace and climate control, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Its location was very central, close to St Mark's Basilica. I ate at the self-service restaurant near the venue.

The location of this hotel couldn't be any better. It is just steps away from the Rialto Bridge waterbus stop, making it convenient for travelers with heavy suitcases. Additionally, being near the Campo De Bartolomeo adds to the charm and lively atmosphere of the area.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The rooms are very pretty and beautiful with terrace, so that guests have essentials. The breakfast is above average and very very good, available with coffee served from an office coffee dispensing machine, juice and cheese...

The hotel's excellent location is definitely one of its biggest advantages. You can reach all the main attractions easily as the hotel is very close to Rialto Bridge. you can enjoy the city's beauty without being in the busy and crowded St Mark's square.
The hotel's breakfast could be improved. Some guests mentioned a limited selection, running out of bread early, and coffee served from an office coffee dispensing machine.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. The hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful, even providing breakfast for me and my wife before our early check-out. The transportation was also convenient with easy access to Vaporetto.
Can't fault the property in any way.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the central location, just a stone's throw from the ferry stop at Rialto Bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The room with a comfortable bed and a terrace on top added a nice touch to my stay. And of course, breakfast was included, making it even more convenient.
No areas need improvement. everything was fine.

Located in the heart of the action, we were just steps away from everything! The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options for everyone's tastes. There was also a beautiful garden for a relaxing afternoon.
On the first day, the room was not ready when we arrived, which was frustrating. However, the staff was very apologetic and made up for it with their exceptional service throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a popular area of Italy known for its beautiful canals and stunning architecture. This hotel is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the ferry stop at Rialto Bridge, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The attention to detail at this hotel was impressive, with rooms featuring comfortable beds and even a lovely terrace to enjoy the views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was a great way to start the day.

The hotel had a great location, being close to the major attractions and transportation. It also had a private rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage up the stairs.
One day, our room wasn't cleaned until noon, which was inconvenient since we had a baby to take care of. Plus, the room was quite small, but still tidy and modern.

Conveniently located near Rialto Bridge and vaporetto stop. Friendly staff, especially Francesco, who helped us with our luggage. Enjoyed the private rooftop terrace with a view of St. Mark's dome. Efficient air conditioning and charming 18th-century style furniture. Great value for being in the city center.

Conveniently located near major attractions, easy to access with luggage, friendly and helpful staff. We were offered a choice of room upon arrival, which made our stay more enjoyable. The room was charming and clean, with lovely decor. Although the breakfast was minimal, the coffee/cappuccino machine was a nice touch. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Venice.
